У меня только один вопрос: какая будет компенсация пострадавшему, которого обругали гадким местоимением? Здоровье-то не вернёшь.
P.S. The High Court rejected a legal challenge to prevent transgender inmates with convictions for sexual or violent offences against women being imprisoned alongside other women. А всё потому, что "the Ministry of Justice and Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service are committed to advancing equality, eliminating discrimination, harassment and victimisation". Про изнасилования тут ничего не сказано.
